AWARENESS

Is noticing (becoming aware) of what you are thinking and feeling, how you act and react in each moment and through out the day. No thought, feeling, action or reaction on its own is necessarily bad or good: consider if this is a perpetuating pattern or behaviour & will this lead me to living my one wild & precious life?

MINDFULNESS

Is remembering that you have a choice: In order to have a choice, you need to be aware of alternate possibilities. Practising mindfulness means that you will be choosing the thoughts, actions, responses and priorities that will lead to experiencing more positive feelings, more often, and a more positive overall state of being.

WELLNESS

Living in a state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This is a unique process for each individual. The National Wellness Institute calls this “a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential”. We call it flourishing!

​

 

 

 

WORK WITH ME

I offer a free discovery session with new clients. Sessions are possible in person in Auckland or online via Zoom/Skype/Facetime

I was feeling low, tired, anxious & stressed. My health wasn’t the best feeling overweight, low in energy with high blood pressure.  After working with Anneke my health has improved, my blood pressure is under control and I have lost weight. I feel a lot happier, less anxious and a lot more energy.

ABOUT ANNEKE

 

 

I have come to believe that well-being is a skill we each need to learn, today more than ever before. Holistic wellness is an area health I have been interested in for 20+years both as a natural health practitioner and personally as I navigate the ebbs and flow of life allowing me a rich understanding of what it means to be well holistically. Balance isn’t a perfect state, yet awareness, mindfulness and compassion have been the foundations to living a mindful life. I am committed and passionate to working with others who have a desire within to make the most of this life and live it to the best potential of wellness, joy, love, inner peace, meaning & purpose. I am grateful to have loving family with my husband and two wonderful daughters.
