Is noticing (becoming aware) of what you are thinking and feeling, how you act and react in each moment and through out the day. No thought, feeling, action or reaction on its own is necessarily bad or good: consider if this is a perpetuating pattern or behaviour & will this lead me to living my one wild & precious life?

MINDFULNESS
Is remembering that you have a choice: In order to have a choice, you need to be aware of alternate possibilities. Practising mindfulness means that you will be choosing the thoughts, actions, responses and priorities that will lead to experiencing more positive feelings, more often, and a more positive overall state of being.

WELLNESS
Living in a state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This is a unique process for each individual. The National Wellness Institute calls this “a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential”. We call it flourishing!
