Do I need bring anything to a workshop?

A workshop workbook will be provided. However, bringing your own notebook or extra paper is a good idea if you'd like to take additional notes.

Will I need any prior knowledge to attend?

All you need is an open mind and a sense of curiosity. These workshops focus on the power of learning to support self-development and personal growth.

Who are these workshops for?

These workshops are for adult learners who are curious, open-minded, and ready for personal growth. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking greater self-awareness, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and empowered—these sessions are designed to support you.   As Maya Angelou so wisely said, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Education and self-reflection open the door to new understanding. These workshops provide practical tools, fresh insights, and a supportive space to help you grow and “do better” in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to you.

What is the format of the workshop?

Each workshop includes a beautifully designed workbook to guide your learning. The workbook features research-based information, inspiring quotes, and practical exercises you can apply to your own life.The sessions are relaxed and conversational, blending brief discussions with personal reflection time. You’ll be invited to explore the exercises at your own pace, with opportunities to ask questions or share insights if you feel comfortable. It’s a supportive, engaging environment—no pressure, just space to learn, reflect, and grow.

Is there group interaction, or can I just listen?

Workshops are primarily focused on personal learning and application through exercises. While there are opportunities for sharing, participation is entirely optional. Sharing can be valuable, but you are welcome to engage at your own comfort level.

What is your refund policy?

As I aim to keep workshops affordable, refunds are not available once you have booked. However, if you are unable to attend, you may gift your spot to someone else. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for sharing the necessary links and information with them.

Is there follow-up support after the workshops?

Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life. However, new insights can sometimes uncover deeper areas for growth.
