Being human can be complex, yet somehow we expect ourselves to endlessly cope and stay in control

When you're used to feeling capable of dealing with life's challenges, it's totally overwhelming when you can't.

But when the world feels unrelenting and exhausting, we become increasingly tired, grumpy and tense. We no longer have the resilience to just ‘keep going’.

At these times, we often feel like no one's there for us. Concurrently, our self-talk goes haywire. It criticises us for not coping, for not being stronger, for not being able to simply get on and get through.

But the reality is, we all have times where we need help. Times where the support of an ally equipped with tools to help us to pick ourselves back up and move forward. That's where Mindfully Me coaching can help...

Coaching sessions with Anneke

In order to meet life's challenges we need to understand ourselves: then we know what needs to change and that's not easy to do alone! That's where Anneke helps.

Anneke walks besides you, asking insightful questions, helping you reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom. Over time, this helps you build resilience.

Anneke offers two coaching session types, so you can fit sessions in, in ways that work for you.

The busy option: 45 minute session $120

The spacious option: 60 minute session $140

How long does coaching with Anneke take?

Anneke recommends 3 months for sustainable change to occur. The first session clarifies goals and areas you’d like to cover. This also defines the number of coaching sessions needed.    

Am I tied in or committed to seeing Anneke for a fixed number of sessions? 

You're only committed to attend your next coaching session. You're free to stop at anytime. Simply give Anneke 24 hours notice before you cancel a scheduled session, otherwise Anneke charges in full. You can also decide to pause your sessions if you're going away or you need time to process the work you've already completed. 

Can I pay as I go?   

Yes you can. Coaching sessions are invoiced per session with payment due in 7 days. We can also discuss payment plan options in-person.


What happens after coaching is finished?  

You will be ready and feel confident to use your new skills and resources in your life.    We chat about whether a monthly check-in option will support your ongoing progress. We can easily tap back into coaching again when life presents you with new challenges.

What is Positive Psychology?

Positive Psychology is the study of life’s positive qualities: character strengths, happiness and wellbeing. 
It has a strong emphasis on research and science across many different aspects of wellbeing, making Positive Psychology such an incredible coaching resource. 
Unlike daily life where we focus on what’s wrong, what our weakness are or what needs ‘fixing’, Positive psychology flips this on it’s head and focuses on a strength-based approach to self development and personal growth.
